Madras HC: Police Cover-Up in Swathi Murder Case a Figment of Imagination - (05 Sep 2016)

Madras HC, while calling allegations of police cover-up and shielding of 'real culprits' in Software Engineer S Swathi murder case as 'figment of imagination,', has declined to entrust the probe with an outside agency such as the CBI.
