50% Requirement of States Ratifying GST Bill Completes with Odisha’s Nod - (02 Sep 2016)

With the Odisha Assembly approving the Constitutional Amendment Bill for GST, the requirement of 50 percent of States and UTs ratifying it has been completed. Government will now seek Presidential assent for the landmark Constitution amendment bill.
