Karnataka HC Orders LMD to Pay Rs 15,000 to Mumbai-based Mineral Water Company - (01 Sep 2016)

Karnataka HC has quashed the proceedings registered against Danone Narang Beverages Private Limited, Mumbai and also directed the Legal Metrology Department (LMD) to pay them Rs 15,000 as costs incurred.
