Bombay HC Permits Deemed Varsity to Conduct Medical Admissions Based on Entrance Test, State Ranking - (31 Aug 2016)

Bombay HC has allowed Deemed Universities to carry out admissions to medical courses and stayed Central Government move that allowed Maharashtra Government to do so this academic year. The admissions will be based on inter-se merit as per entrance test and state ranking.
