SC Asks Delhi Govt. on Appeal against HC Order on Statehood - (30 Aug 2016)

SC has asked AAP Government whether it would file an appeal against the High Court order holding Delhi to be a Union Territory with Lt Governor as its administrative head and, if yes, by when.
