CCI Approves Aadhar Housing Finance Merger with DHFL Vysya - (29 Aug 2016)

Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved proposed merger of Dewan Housing group companies -- Aadhar Housing Finance and DHFL Vysya Housing Finance.
