Madras HC Orders Liquor Shops to Maintain Statutory Limit of Maintaining Distance from School,Temples - (28 Aug 2015)

Madras HC has ordered that statutory requirement of maintaining minimum distance of 100 m from educational institutions and places of worship suffering from location of liquor shops close to their campus, should be measured from their compound wall and not main gate.
