Delhi HC: Why is LLB given Second-Hand Treatment? - (29 Aug 2016)

Delhi HC, while hearing a plea against the Bar Council of India’s (BCI) order on change in the timing of evening classes at Delhi University’s Faculty of Law, has asked “Why is LLB given second-hand treatment? Can anyone pursue medicine while being in some other profession?”
