Supreme Court Dismissed Review Petition of Telangana for Division of Assets - (26 Aug 2016)

Supreme Court has rejected a review petition filed by Telangana against its verdict that the newly formed state cannot claim "absolute" right over institutions, merely because they are located in its capital which is now being shared by Andhra Pradesh also.
