NGT Issues Notice to Centre on PETA’s Plea, Seeking Ban on “Manja” - (24 Aug 2016)

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has issued notice to Centre, on plea filed by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) seeking nationwide ban on use of glass-coated 'manja' for flying kites.
