SC: No Insurance Claim for Theft Committed without Violence - (24 Aug 2016)

SC has ruled that a person or an entity can't seek compensation on insured goods if theft happened without violence and observed that the terms of the policy have to be construed as it is and nothing can be added or subtracted from it.
