Bombay HC Denies to Condone Delay of Eight Years - (24 Aug 2016)

Bombay HC, while rejecting petition filed by husband, seeking condonation of delay of 8 years in challenging a maintenance order passed by Bandra family court, which directed him to pay Rs 60,000 per month to his wife and children, has said that he does not deserve mercy and should be jailed.
