Bombay HC Asks Man to Pay 50,000 to Quash FIR against Minor Son for Under-Age Driving - (22 Aug 2016)

Bombay HC, while sending out a tough message against under-age driving, has directed a man to give Rs 50,000 as costs, if he wants an FIR against his minor son for rash driving quashed.
