JJB on Noida Rape Case: Let the Teen be Tried as Adult - (19 Aug 2016)

Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) has recommended that the juvenile, accused of kidnapping his 17-year-old “girlfriend” and raping her, along with two other friends, should be tried as an adult, as he was of “sufficient mental and physical capacity” to understand his actions.
