Bombay HC Orders CBI to File Investigation Details in Sealed Cover in Adarsh Case - (19 Aug 2016)

Bombay HC has directed Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to file a report, in a sealed cover, into details of investigation for two names of leaders who were allotted flats in the controversial Adarsh cooperative housing society as "benami" properties.
