SC Put Stay on Cases against Miners’ Payment towards Additional Royalty - (17 Aug 2016)

SC has stayed all cases at various High Courts across the country relating to miners having to pay additional royalty under the amended Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957.
