CIC Issues Show Cause Notice to 2 Scientists in Environment Ministry - (17 Aug 2016)

Central Information Commission (CIC) has issued a show cause notice to two scientists of Environment Ministry for not following its orders to proactively disclose minutes of the Genetic Engineering Appraisal Committee meeting on genetically modified mustard.
