Delhi HC Put Stay on Liquidation of AN Buildwell Projects - (17 Aug 2016)

Delhi HC, while providing relief to more than 1,700 buyers who have invested in two projects of AN Buildwell, commercial Spire Edge in Manesar and group housing society Spire Wood in Sector 103, has stayed the liquidation of the company.
