Delhi HC Again Seeks Centre's Reply on PIL Challenging Appointment in Rajya Sabha Secretariat - (27 Aug 2015)

Delhi High Court has once again sought government's response on PIL challenging appointment of senior officers of rank of joint secretary and above in Rajya Sabha Secretariat.
