Kerala HC: Public using Plastic Bags like Monkeys using Garlands - (17 Aug 2016)

Kerala HC, while asking the State Government to step in and impose restrictions on plastic bags by Gandhi Jayanti, has said that use of plastic bags by public is similar to garlands in hands of monkeys. Observation came on plea alleging users do not know how to use plastic carry bags properly.
