SC Seeks Centre’s Response on Bureaucrat’s Plea in Adarsh Society Scam - (17 Aug 2016)

Supreme Court has sought Centre’s response on a plea of Ex - Maharashtra Government official seeking to implead himself as a party in the Adarsh Society scam issue pending before it.
