Delhi HC Rules Central Tax on Short-Term Accommodation in Hotels 'Unconstitutional' - (16 Aug 2016)

Delhi HC has struck down a central tax on short term accommodation of less than three months in a hotel, inn, guest house, club or campsite as "unconstitutional and invalid".
