Himachal HC Forms Norms for Probing Charas Recovery Cases - (16 Aug 2016)

Himachal Pradesh HC, in order to ensure fairness in investigation of charas recovery cases, has formulated guidelines that during search, seizure, arrest, investigating officer has to associate 2 independent and respectable persons from locality as witnesses to witness search, seizure and arrest.
