Delhi High Court Seeks Reply from AAP on Appointment of Discom Directors - (27 Aug 2015)

Delhi High Court has sought reply from Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Government on its decision to nominate new directors to boards of Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd, BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd and BSES Yamuna Power Ltd , without Lieutenant-Governor’s approval.
