Supreme Court: Can a State be Asked to Rebuild Places of Worship - (27 Aug 2015)

Supreme Court has questioned Gujarat High Court's order directing Gujarat Government to use taxpayers’ money to restore and rebuild religious sites damaged in 2002 riots.
