Delhi HC Denies to Allow Admission in 2 Institutes on Provisional Basis - (12 Aug 2016)

Delhi HC has refused to interfere with a single judge’s decision of not allowing two institutes to admit students in professional courses for the 2016-17 session on a provisional basis, saying the interim order will be “against the interest of the students”.
