Bombay HC Raps State for Holding Up Pension Claim for 10 Years - (12 Aug 2016)

Bombay HC has rapped State Government for stonewalling the pension claims of Ravindranath Mohite and ordered two senior officials to pay a compensation of Rs 15,000.
