SC: Co-Accused can be Tried after Death of Graft Accused - (11 Aug 2016)

SC has held that death of a tainted public servant before trial begins in a corruption scam does not bar a special court from trying the fellow accused, who are private persons, for crimes connected to the embezzlement.
