Orissa HC Slashes Heritage Tax for Newlyweds - (11 Aug 2016)

Orissa High Court has termed illegal the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation's practice of collecting Rs 1,000 from newlyweds towards maintenance of heritage buildings.
