Bombay HC Slams Maharashtra over Noise Pollution Rules - (11 Aug 2016)

Bombay HC has observed that it was unfortunate that in a progressive State, which had given freedom fighters and philosophers to the nation, the court had to pass directions for implementation of noise pollution rules for protecting fundamental rights.
