Delhi HC Calls off NDMC-Meridien Deal - (10 Aug 2016)

Delhi HC has revived New Delhi Municipal Council’s (NDMC) suit seeking licence fee dues of more than Rs 400 crore from Le Meridien and left it open to the parties to further contest the case.
