Rajya Sabha Passes a Bill to Expedite Disposal of Debt Recovery Applications - (10 Aug 2016)

Rajya Sabha has passed the Enforcement of Security Interest and Recovery of Debts Laws and Miscellaneous Provisions (Amendment) Bill, 2016, which amends four other Acts and expedite disposal of debt recovery applications.
