Bombay High Court Appreciates BMC for Setting Grievance Redressal Mechanism for Mumbaikars - (27 Aug 2015)

Bombay High Court has appreciated efforts taken by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) to set up Grievance Redressal Mechanism to enable Mumbaikars to lodge complaints of potholes. It also told corporation to maintain wide publicity so that citizens are able to access system.
