SC Orders Enquiry in Murder Complaint against J&K DSP without Arresting Him - (09 Aug 2016)

Supreme Court has asked Jammu and Kashmir Government to investigate murder complaint against Deputy Superintendent of Police Yasir Qadri without suspending or arresting him.
