Delhi HC Put Stay on Enforcement of Amended Street Vendors Scheme - (09 Aug 2016)

Delhi HC has stayed enforcement of AAP Government's amended rules and scheme for regulating street vending activities in the national capital and to protect rights of urban street vendors.
