Delhi HC: Trial Court Judges Should Remain Sensitive During Child’s Testimony - (08 Aug 2016)

Delhi HC has said that trial court judges are expected to “remain sensitive” while recording statements of children and required to take active part within the boundaries of law to elicit truth.
