Madras HC Orders Probe in Case of Kidnapped Deaf-Mute Man - (05 Aug 2016)

Madras HC, while observing twists and turns in abduction case of a deaf-mute man, to swindle vast properties left behind by his father and after assuming role of loco parentis of person whose mental growth was also retarded, has directed the CB-CID of State Police to probe the case.
