SC Gives Approval to Bus Route Policies of Punjab, Haryana - (04 Aug 2016)

SC has approved nationalisation of bus routes by Punjab and Haryana Governments, but clarified that there would be no eligibility criteria for private bus operators to apply for permits for routes not brought under nationalisation.
