Gujarat HC Rejects PIL against Appointment of P P Pandey as Gujarat DGP - (03 Aug 2016)

Gujarat High Court has rejected a PIL filed by EX- Cop Julio Ribeiro challenging appointment of P P Pandey, accused in Ishrat Jahan encounter case, as the State's in-charge DGP.
