Madras HC Rejects Farouk Irani's Bail Plea - (03 Aug 2016)

Madras HC has rejected bail request of Farouk Irani, Ex-Managing Director of First Leasing Company of India Ltd (FLCIL), arrested last month by Enforcement Directorate (ED), Chennai Zonal office, under Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002.
