Lok Sabha Passes Bill Seeking Expeditious Recovery of Bad Loans by Banks - (02 Aug 2016)

Lok Sabha has passed the Enforcement of Security Interest and Recovery of Debts Laws and Miscellaneous Provisions (Amendment) Bill, 2016, which provides for expeditious recovery of bad loans by banks.
