Delhi HC Sets Aside Fine on Fortis - (02 Aug 2016)

Delhi HC has set aside AAP Government's order imposing over Rs 100 crore fine on Fortis Escorts Heart Institute for allegedly refusing to provide free treatment to poor patients after Government said it will hear the hospital afresh on the issue.
