Kerala High Court Orders Speedy Prosecution Sanction Process in Sabarimala Gold Theft Case - (27 Oct 2026)

CRIMINAL

Kerala High Court directed the State to expedite legal advice for prosecution sanction in the Sabarimala gold theft cases. The Court had earlier fixed timelines for the SIT and noted that sanction is required as offences under the Prevention of Corruption Act are alleged.
