MP High Court Directs Indore Police to Deploy Volunteers for Reporting Noise Pollution Violations - (27 Oct 2026)

ENVIRONMENT

Madhya Pradesh High Court directed Indore Police to appoint two volunteers in each ward to promptly report noise pollution violations. The Court noted that police had been “totally helpless” in controlling excessive noise during last year’s festive season.
