Supreme Court Stays Kerala FIR Probe Against Ex-CM Pinarayi Vijayan, Kin for 10 Days - (22 Oct 2026)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court held that Pinarayi Vijayan, Veena T and Muhammed Riyaz are entitled to file appeal before the Kerala High Court Division Bench against the Single Bench order directing registration of an FIR in the CMRL-Exalogic payoff case based on ED information.
