Bombay HC Fines Junior Advocate Rs. 25K, Clerk Rs. 10K for Unauthorised Court Video Recording - (22 Oct 2026)

CIVIL

Bombay High Court fined a junior advocate Rs. 25,000 and an advocate’s clerk Rs. 10,000 for unauthorisedly recording court proceedings. It also ordered seizure of the mobile phone used for recording and deletion of the video.
