Supreme Court: Internet Access and Use is a Fundamental Right, Including for Children - (19 Oct 2026)

Supreme Court held that access to and use of the internet is a fundamental right under Articles 21 and 19(1)(a). It said the right extends to every individual, including children, and that denying children internet access altogether would be unreasonable.
