Supreme Court: Letters Patent Bench Cannot Interfere Merely Over Errors of Fact or Law - (19 Oct 2026)

Supreme Court held that a High Court Division Bench exercising Letters Patent jurisdiction cannot interfere with a Single Judge’s writ decision merely because it holds a different view of the case.
