Delhi High Court: Litigants Must Track Their Cases and Cannot Blame Lawyers for Their Own Inaction - (16 Oct 2026)

Delhi High Court held that litigants cannot blame their lawyers entirely for non-appearance and must remain vigilant about pending cases. If counsel is unreachable or allegedly negligent, litigants are expected to take reasonable steps to ascertain the status of proceedings.
