Gujarat High Court: Waqf Tribunal Has No Supervisory Authority Over Waqf Board - (15 Oct 2026)

Gujarat High Court held that a State Waqf Tribunal has only adjudicatory powers and cannot supervise the Waqf Board's management of a trust. It set aside directions concerning possession of the trust’s records, accounts and properties.
